A 3D printing filament developed for the food processing industry. t’s a blue coloured polyamide which is also metal detectable. Visual contrast is key. Blue is chosen as a common colour for plastic materials in the food processing industry because it offers high visual contrast against most food products. This makes it easier for workers […]

ABS

ABS

It is the most widespread polymer in professional 3D printing, given its good mechanical, chemical andthermal characteristics which make it the first choice for any commonly used application, where no special features are required. Good impact resistance and low load stress. Used both in prototyping and in production, the field of applications is infinite. It […]

ABS ESD+

ABS ESD+

ABS-ESD is an Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene to which an additive has been added to give it Electro StaticDischarge properties: this material protects against electrostatic discharge. It also provides good impact resistance and low load stress.Used both in prototyping and in production in the field of electrical applications.

ABS HD

ABS HD

ABS HD is the polymer specially created by 3ntr for high-speed medical 3D printing. Biocompatible: ISO 10993 1 USP Class VI. Material approved for food contact EU No. 10/2011 and 21 CFR FDA.

ABS FAST

ABS FAST

A high-fluidity ABS version for fast printing and excellent surface finish.

PC ABS

PC ABS

This polymer combines resistance to heat and the typical impact of polycarbonate (PC) with the ease of use ofABS. Flame retardants additives are added to the mixture to achieve the compliance with the regulation EN 45545 and UL94 V0.

PETG

PETG

This polymer it is very easy to print, due to the relatively low extrusion temperature, high layer adhesion and lowwarpage/deformation, even at high infill percentage. It has good mechanical properties and can handle alcohol and weak acids. This material also offers the possibility of using in contact with food (FDA & EU 10/2011 Compliant). However, […]

ASA

ASA

t is a hybrid polymer, halfway between ABS and PMMA (commercially known as Plexyglass™): of first takes machinability and ease of printing, while the second proposes weather resistance (where the PMMA excels) and mechanical strength.Compared to ABS we can count on better UV resistance and a surface finish (brighter), as well as good impactresistance. It […]

ELASTO

ELASTO

Vibration absorption, gaskets, tool handles, scratch-resistant templates: these are perfect applications for the ELASTO family. Available in the standard (SH 95A) and soft (SH 85A) version.

zWAX

zWAX

zWAX is the perfect polymer for obtaining moldings for lost wax casting (investment casting). With zWAX it is possible to obtain pieces with special metal alloys with highly respectable mechanical characteristics, often denser and more tenacious than those obtained with laser sintering.

IGLIDUR

IGLIDUR

The anti-friction characteristics of IGLIDUR find perfect application with 3ntr multi-extruder machines. By molding parts that combine rigid polymers with IGLIDUR, functional parts with incredible performance can be obtained.

NYLON+

NYLON+

It is a medium flexible polymer (PA6) achieving a good impact resistance. A great alternative to ABS, asmechanical properties, and ease printing, but with the advantage of using a polyamide; excellent stability during the printing phase, allows to obtain high performance parts rather easily Ideal for all applications where it is necessary to combine mechanical […]

GLASS+

GLASS+

This material is composed of Polyamide 6 copolymer with 10 % v/v of glass microsphere. Our Glass + is rigid, light and with good flexural resistance, i.e., it’s ideal for all applications that require lowweight, flexural and thermal resistance. It also has low thermal and electrical conductivity. Poor, however, is its resistance to UV light […]

CARBON+

CARBON+

Few polymers achieve the rigidity and mechanical strength of this product, based on a PA12 blend reinforced with 15 % of chopped carbon fiber. Ideal for all applications where it is necessary to combine good thermal, mechanical and chemical resistance. The thermal resistance is very good as well as its impact resistance. Poor, however, is […]

nPOWER

nPOWER

nPower is based on on a Polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) blend. It’s a semicrystalline material, with excellent chemical resistance (can handle strong acid/basis and hydrocarbons). It can be considered an alternative to PEEK when very high mechanical or thermal properties are not required. It can be consider as inherently UL-94 compliant.

PCABS V0

PCABS V0

PCABS V0 is an EN45545-compliant polymer for rail transport and applications requiring low flammability. The UL94 V0 rating of PC ABS V0 guarantees a post-combustion time after flaming of less than 10 seconds. This polymer has twice the impact resistance of normal ABS and can be used at temperatures up to 100°C.
